 "URKE" is the thrilling story of an albino Iberian princess, kidnapped and raised by Hannibal the Carthaginian. A really cool project by Aitor Herrero and his studio AupaStudio, where I had the pleasure to draw the whole 2D posing for this concept teaser, here few samples.

 Japanese paintings of the Madonna and Child are a religious and cultural legacy of the persecution of Christianity under the Tokugawa shogunate, when the Kakure Kirishitan (Hidden Christians) developed ingenious ways to practice their faith in secret during 250 years. Love them and just painted one for my project HIKARI.
